Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Casual English Language Programs Educator to join QUT College, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.

**What you need to succeed**

You will demonstrate:
1. A bachelor’s degree with postgraduate
qualifications in TESOL or a postgraduate qualification with a significant TESOL component plus equivalent of five years full
- time teaching experience.
2. Expert knowledge of English language teaching to speakers of other languages and demonstrated high standard of teaching across a range of English Language proficiency levels and programs.
3. Demonstrated experience in varied modes of delivery: Online, Concurrent and Face-to
- Face.
4. Experience in English language proficiency assessment, student progress evaluation, testing and marking and program administration, especially student attendance recording requirements pursuant to Australian Federal legislation.
5. Demonstrated ability to work as part of team using high level interpersonal communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues.
6. The flexibility and pragmatism required to work effectively in a dynamic and changeable teaching environment.
