**What You’ll Do**:

- **E-commerce Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- **Loyalty Program Enhancement**: Develop and implement strategies to boost customer retention and engagement through our loyalty initiatives.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyse website and loyalty program performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with IT, marketing, and sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.

- **Experience**: Proven track record in e-commerce and customer loyalty program management.
