The Specialist in e-commerce plays a pivotal role in driving organic traffic to websites and delivering exceptional digital experiences that boost customer engagement and maximize online conversions.
- This specialist will work closely with stakeholders, partners, and personnel at all levels and areas of the business.
- Utilize analytical abilities and deep understanding of search engine optimization to reach and convert customers.
- Implement conversion rate optimization programs, test and learn using tools such as Optimizely.
- Show knowledge of best practice SEO tactics and tools, including Bright Edge and SEM Rush.
- Experience working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Excel.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience implementing CRO programs and knowledge of best practice SEO tactics.
- A degree qualification in commerce, IT, marketing, or a related business discipline is preferred.
