About the role

The Specialist, e-Commerce (Optimisation) drives organic traffic to Bridgestone websites and delivers best-in-class digital experiences that boost customer engagement and maximize online conversions. This role has become available due to an internal promotion.

About you

We are seeking an experienced Specialist, e-Commerce (Optimisation) to join our Digital Solutions team at Eastwood, Adelaide.

Highly inquisitive with strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of SEO, you will use insights to reach and convert customers.

You will present with highly effective communication skills, giving you the ability to establish and maintain relationships and work closely with stakeholders, external partners, and personnel at all levels and areas of the business.

To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- 3+ years experience working in a similar role
- Attention to detail whilst also being results focused
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Excel (at minimum)
- Experience implementing CRO (conversion rate optimisation) programs, implementing test and learn using tools such as Optimizely
- Working knowledge of best practice SEO tactics and tools, such as Bright Edge and SEMrush
- A degree qualification in commerce, IT, marketing, or a related business discipline preferred

Experience using Atlassian, Microsoft suite of products, HTML, and JavaScript, and the ability to demonstrate design thinking principles is desirable.
