**The Role**
- Full time Associate Producer.
- Contribute to the editorial direction of the program, research and initiate creative program story ideas.
- Contact, line up, and pre-interview guests for studio forums.
- In association with the Producer, prepare briefs and program structures.
- Suggest and research tape stories for inclusion in the studio forum.
- In association with the Producer, provide assistance and advice to the program presenter in editorial and production matters.
- In association with the Producer, support and collaborate with online Producers to create, publish and drive online content.

**About you**
- Hands-on industry experience.
- Enthusiasm to research and interview across a broad range of topics.
- Fantastic written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- This is a deadline-driven role. You will be required to deliver to deadline.
- The nature of the work suits self-starters who can effectively manage their own time.
- Ability to generate fresh and imaginative ideas for program forums and a natural curiosity about everything is a plus.
- An understanding of the importance of digital audiences and ideas on how to drive content online.
