**The Role**
Although you need to be a creative thinker, this is not a Creative role.
The Associate Producer is responsible for end-to-end production management of creative projects, on-air promos and campaigns. Overseeing trafficking of every asset, this role works closely with the creative, design and marketing team to ensure consistent delivery of work on time and error free. The role also includes administrative, scheduling, and general support for functions of the department.
Reporting into the NITV Creative Manager within our Production team this role will see you;
- Organise, monitor, and control resources to meet plans. Directing the flow of production through all touchpoints including pre, post, edit, GFX, Design, final art working for channel team.
- Partner with creative and marketing to plan and implement resource required to execute on creative idea.
- Support in the delivery of all content error free, to deadlines and to the highest of standards.
- Adhere to department working processes (pre-production, estimating, scheduling, shooting, Post, Print, Approvals, documentation etc.)
- Administrative support including processing of invoices, contract preparation and file management.
- Be a brand custodian.
- Build excellent working relationships with teams from across the division and SBS. Liaise with and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth running projects.

**About you**
- Experience in television and/or post-production, production, or agency environment.
- Experience working on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander projects in a Production and Creative environment.
- An understanding of Indigenous Cultural Protocol and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure to meet firm time-line, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in creative project management, planning and workflows.
- Experience managing post-production workflows desirable.
- Experience managing shoot production desirable.
- Experience working with Farmerswife, Workamajig, Filemaker Pro, Pegasus, Smartsheet or similar project management software is highly desirable.
