***business are seeking a
**proactive and hardworking Administrator / Service Coordinator **to join their busy team.
You will manage the reactive maintenance for
**150 buildings across the state**, your role will be to support the operations manager across a number of tasks, including:
- Plan, prioritise and schedule maintenance works
- Maintain accurate accounts of business and client assets
- Liaise with both contractors and clients in regards to maintenance requests
- Invoice and report management
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and technicians regarding scheduled jobs
- Plan and schedule jobs ensuring labour skills requirements are met
This role will be highly administrative with coordination, customer service and data entry responsibilities. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with an admirable work ethic, looking for a varied administration role. - Previous experience in an **administration, coordination or client service**, as well as great attention to detail
- Experience within the construction industry is highly advantageous but **not essential**:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills to manage busy contractors
- A professional and enthusiastic work manner
- This position is based in Peakhurst, within walking distance of public transport and parking nearby._
- Permanent opportunity
- $65,000 - $70,000 + super
