**About this role**:
This high-end window furnishing company services both the private residential and commercial markets. Based in Melbourne’s leafy inner eastern suburbs, the vibrant team is passionate about their product and delivers an exceptionally high level of service. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with an immediate start.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate in-home and in-showroom measures and consultations.
- Liaise with end-users
- Assist customers with color and product selection
- Providing measures, quotes, and ordering so that they are accurately prepared and sent in a timely manner
- Ensuring current sampling is always up-to-date and relevant
- Work collaboratively as part of a small team
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the product and uphold the brand name

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in on-road Sales/ Home consultations
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle
- Interest in/experience with têxtiles
- Customer service and sales experience, competency with processes, and following responsibility matrices
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic nature
