- Customer support:

- Customer calls and enquires
- Order entry
- Communicate status of customer orders
- Processing of customer credits and returns
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs)
- Regular system and order maintenance including Month end processing
- Obtain delivery dockets and invoices as requested
- Update customer POs, freight, site contact details, etc.
- Set up the customer interface - SharePoint
- Support other admin streams as required

**Requirements**:

- Microsoft Office savvy
- Ability to Multitask
- Proactive
- Committed to exceptional customer service and outcomes
- Able to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Note - will need to learn ARMA and JDE to look up orders and schedules
