**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business strategies and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a small business or startup environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound business decisions.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $35.00 - $63.10 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:
