About the role
- Maintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.
- Triage inbound new claims and liaise with claimants, repairers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision-making and life of claim outcomes.
- Proactively maintain the Property Assessing allocation inbox with new claims and escalations.
- Maintain a productive work environment through appropriate planning and workflow management.
- Monitor and maintain Allianz-specific customer experience portals and supplier-specific platforms.
- Review and report on trends/issues with Property Assessing portfolio.
- Maintain supplier invoices and finalize customer settlements.
- Management of a portfolio of low-value claims.
- Ensure adherence with best practice claims assessment practices and processes.
- Provide support of the management of Internal assessing claim portfolio.

About You
- Experience of working in a customer service role. Property claims experience is desirable.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
