Thrive Early Education Centres was established in 2016 and now has evolved to eight centres and is continuing to grow All of our centres cater for 0-5 years old and are purpose-built with generous outdoor play areas and interactive indoor facilities.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and HR, we are currently seeking a passionate HR and Talent generalist who will work true to our mission statement “Thrive is committed to excellence in early education”. This is a great role for a Senior HR Coordinator/HR Advisor who is looking for the opportunity to step up into a Business Partner role.

**The Role**

**Your key priorities will be to**:

- Full recruitment and staffing across all Centres and staffing across Centres and Support Office. This is a big part of the role so attracting and engaging key talent is your thing
- First point of call for people-related matters with the Centre Leaders
- All aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Implementing the HR plan
- Update and execute HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Effectively administer the HRIS (Employment Hero)
- Assist in the development and implementation of an Employee Value Proposition unique to Thrive

You have a strong foundation in HR Administration and now looking to step up in your career. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a true passion for people and the Early childhood sector
