- Optimize Customer Journeys: Use your expertise to understand, design, and enhance customer journeys, ensuring seamless interactions at every step.-
- Champion Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies that attract new customers while retaining and nurturing existing ones, supporting long-term growth.- Own the Comms Calendar: Keep the marketing team aligned and accountable by managing the communications calendar with precision and foresight.- MarTech Expertise: Use tools like Iterable to nurture customer relationships at scale, integrating CRM and website data for informed decision-making.- Innovate and Lead: Bring fresh ideas to the table, explore new opportunities, and champion best practices across channels.- Collaborate Creatively: Work with the broader marketing team to craft messaging that resonates and drives engagement.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to continually refine and improve performance.
