**The position**
We are hiring a full time Customer Service Coordinator (aka Project Coordinator) to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive and coordinated solutions across all our clients requirements including safety, quality, delivery and cost maintenance for all respective client onshore and offshore activities. This role is based in our Henderson Office.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Prepare cost, time & resource (CTR) quotes required to meet client demands
- Receive purchase orders and verify that they are compliant with the relevant CTR or client contracts
- Ensure purchase order requirements are transferred to TechnipFMC service orders and sales orders
- Identify, develop and pursue opportunities with respective clients for new business to increase market share and sales
- Drive execution of work as defined in the purchase order
- Facilitate operational readiness reviews according to the local work instruction which includes equipment readiness, spares requirements, personnel, competency required and documentation
- Discuss current operations, forward planning, and Life of Field operations with client contacts
- Organise call off with client in sufficient time prior to operational need
- Ensure client invoicing is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare monthly reports and internal memos to communicate and outline opportunities, to take corrective actions to resolve issues before they become problems and to assist with forecasting
- Focus on providing solutions that maximize value to the client whilst ensuring TechnipFMC’s commercial targets are met
**To be successful in this role you must have**:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills displaying the ability to influence others without formal authority
- High level analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Technical aptitude
- Understanding of project management principles, techniques and standards
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness including ability to identify deviations to agreed work scopes
**Other desirable skills**:
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Oil and gas experience with an understanding of subsea products, offshore operations and onshore refurbishment activities
