We have an incredible opportunity for a Coordinator to join our close-knit Category Development team in Mulgrave

**Job description**:
Brand Management

1. Explore and develop Chinese range of products that are relevant to the market

2. Assist to communicate with suppliers regarding planning and delivering annual brand management plan

3. Analyse and review brand performance and sales portfolio

4. Liaise with suppliers on distribution ship, business development and marketing matters

5. Communicate with suppliers in relation to new business development and new product development

6. Develop and prepare in implementation of briefs for new product launch and trade activations materials, store samplings and events

7. Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement sales and trade promotions and activations

Product Facilitation

1. Request quotation from the supplier and collect necessary product information and certificates from suppliers for new and existing product under Business Engagement Division

2. Communicate with suppliers for all queries related to compliance check and brand management

3. Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, QA, Legal, Account, Procurements and Logistic Division to prepare necessary documents for new product facilitation

4. Work in conjunction with Sales on purchase and trade related activities

5. Support regular business review

**To be successful you will need**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Marketing experience desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
- 2 + years experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail and commercial acumen
