**The Client**:
A national facility management and real estate services provider is seeking a capable manager to oversee the running and growth of this portfolio in Kwinana.

**The Role**:
Critical role to manage a large complex site as part of a retail portfolio in Kwinana. Permanent full time role working standard business hours Monday to Friday, with occasional need to respond to emergencies after hours (not often). Part of a small team to manage real estate services and centre operations for the contract.

**The Duties**:

- Conduct inspections
- Ensure tenants are meeting lease obligations
- Manage tenant lease expiry schedule
- Work with agents on leasing vacant space
- Collect rent and conduct rent reviews
- Reporting of financials and variances
- Ensure tenant insurance and bank guarantee/deposit schedules are up to date
- Ensure lease documents and licences are executed
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention
- Liaise on operational issues and maintain high level of satisfaction with emphasis on tenant retention

**The Key Criteria**:

- Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Clean drivers licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Tertiary degree (BA/BS) preferred
- Min. 5 years experience in property management, shopping centre management is highly regarded
- Previous experience in a multisite or large complex shopping centre / retail environment
- Strong tenant and vendor customer service approach
- Strong experience in negotiating leases and rent reviews
- People management to run a small team
- Ability to cope in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of accounting processes
- Professional presentation skills
- Physically fit to conduct property inspections

**Benefits**:

- Salary circa $110k - 130k+ Super
- Monday to Friday business hours
