**_ C&K Nth Caloundra Childcare Centre_**

Welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

As a home away from home, our environment provides a safe, secure and supported space for your child. Dedicated, friendly and qualified staff nurture play-based learning, fostering a life-long love of learning. Families love our large natural outdoor area, where we encourage children to explore, discover, play and engage in nature.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic **_Assistant Director_** to join our team and assist in the management of our Centre. As the Assistant Director, you will be the right-hand person to our Director and help manage the day-to-day operations of our organisation. You will have the opportunity to work with fantastic people, develop and implement exciting projects, and help shape the future of our organisation.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards:

- **Diploma / Bachelors level of qualification in Early Childhood**:

- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
