The ADON Education leads educational services at an advanced level, enabling an evidence-based learning culture for the professional development of staff, and expansion of scope based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Provide leadership and governance over professional practice development and clinical education pathways, practice improvement and scope optimisation.
- Enable an evidence-based learning culture for the professional development of staff, and expansion of scope.
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and governance of SCHHS education and professional practice priorities for nursing and midwifery.
