In the role of **Business Banking Executive, Professional Services NSW** you will join a passionate team that’s putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a leader in NAB’s Sydney Metro & Specialised Business Banking team. You’ll drive and elevate the growth strategy within the dynamic professional services sector and this opportunity will see you focusing on the management of an existing SME client base whilst growing strong referral sources, community links and new business partnerships
- The professional services team provides expert knowledge and specialised solutions to a range of clients and customer segments including Accounting, Real Estate, Legal, Financial Planning and Insurance Brokers. You will directly manage a team of Specialised Bankers and support the achievement of NAB’s Specialised strategy with bankers across all of Business Metro & Specialised.

- Take charge of safeguarding asset quality and managing risk profiles across the lending portfolio

- Provide hands-on guidance and support, helping them build strong relationships and achieve their professional goals
- Drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain

- Proven expertise as a seasoned leader, banker or professional services practitioner with a deep understanding of the industry and a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders
- A solid background in banking or professional services, demonstrating a keen ability to evaluate financial opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that drive results
- Ability to manage change and build an engaged team
- Experience in both strategy development and execution
- Experience in building own and enterprise brand in the external market
- Exceptional expertise in navigating risk, compliance, and regulatory landscapes, ensuring precision and resilience in every decision
- A strong academic foundation, ideally complemented by a postgraduate professional qualification, showcasing a commitment to advanced learning and industry excellence
