As a leader in Emergency Response, Medical, Risk Management, and Training Services, Parabellum International Training (RTO No: 51786) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

We operate a state-of-the-art training centre at our head office in Canning Vale, WA, offering a variety of accredited and non-accredited emergency response, medical, and workplace safety courses.

At Parabellum International Training, we prioritise quality over quantity. We strive to provide our students with the highest quality training services, and as such, we are looking for a Training Compliance Coordinator who shares this commitment to excellence.

**_About the role:_**

Reporting to the RTO Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with ASQA and VET standards in relation to training.

You will be responsible for coordinating the processing of enrolments, maintaining document control procedures, developing and preparing training materials, and ensuring the accuracy and quality control of training materials.

Your expertise in managing systems and procedures in an RTO environment and maintaining a Student Management System will be crucial in maintaining Parabellum International's high-quality training programs.

**_Qualifications:_**

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an RTO and possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training-related software, preferably aXcelerate is a must.
