An exciting opportunity exists for a Data Validation officer who will work with the Outpatients Management teams to improve data integrity within the health service, by identifying, correcting and communicating administrative errors which impact on operational and statutory reporting.
The Data Validation Officer will provide systems administration support for Queue Manager and provide training to administrative staff in outpatient systems.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Works collaboratively with the Outpatient Services leaders and internal partners (eg. NAP Data).
- Contribute to high professional standards for administrative services by resolving day to day operational issues and the facilitation of professional development for administrative staff.
- Maintains accuracy of data for reporting purposes by data validation activities and developing accurate data entry capability in front-line clinical and administrative staff.
