We are seeking a strategic, collaborative growth orientated leader to join our Paslode business in the role of **Field Sales Team Leader** for our** Residential Division**. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team and managing your own territory to deliver sales led initiatives, key objectives and sales budget. Effective communication and engagement with the team whilst driving accountability and role modelling a Growth Mindset is critical to the success of this role whilst developing talent within the team.
The location of this role is Sydney.

**Safety Leadership**:
- Lead & drive safety plans and initiatives to create a Business Unit-wide culture of empowerment, personal accountability, and preventative action
**Team/Talent Management **- Lead a high performing, growth orientated team ensuring they are aligned to Divisional & Functional priorities. Hold the team accountability for execution and delivery of Sales Led Initiatives providing challenging and stretch tasks and assignments to support growth, individual development and team performance
**ITW Business Model, Culture & Values **- Be responsible for role modelling ITW's Business Model and 80/20 business process looking for opportunities to simplify existing processes and ways of working
**Strategic Ownership - **Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of sales led initiatives e.g. Strategic Account Plans
**Relationship Management & Customer & Market Intimacy **- Have great capacity and resourcefulness to uncover customer intelligence and form relationships that will get things done
**Sales Planning - **Use the ITW 80/20 process to develop targeted customer account/territory plans and actions that optimise delivery of sales target. Leverage analytical skills to understand current state, identify opportunities/gaps and how to work together with internal/external stakeholders to execute whilst managing own territory
**About You**:
- Retail/Construction Industry Experience considered beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through self and others, hold team accountable and be agile to course correct when required
- Natural 80/20 leader that can identify, simplify & focus to deliver results differently
- Have proven experience in Development and implementation of strategic account plans
- Strong communication and technical aptitude
- Commitment to driving a safety culture and continuous improvement
- Role model winning growth mindset
