This expression of interest is for a role that will have you working for a major integrated port solutions provider in Australia. This role involves heavy, physical, and repetitive work.

**Duties for this role will include but not limited to**;
- These Operations specialise in loading and discharging general and bulk cargoes and other general duties.
- Commodities handled include motor vehicles, machinery, steel products, containers, project cargo and bulk cargo.
- Lashing and unlashing chains of the containers and materials
- Shipboard and wharf duties
- Packing and unpacking of containers, and other general duties
- Performing maintenance and housekeeping tasks as directed

The successful applicant will need to be prepared to work an irregular shift pattern in a 24/7 roster.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Demonstrated safety behaviours and experience
- Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
- Good general fitness, and ability to perform repetitive and physical work safely
- Flexible to work day & night shifts, as well as shifts on short notice
- Must have an **MSIC** card or willing to obtain
- Manual Drivers License required
- Forklift License and other HRW tickets advantageous but not essential
