About the role:
As a Telco Project Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering cutting-edge services and driving impactful projects that shape the future of communication. You'll work alongside dynamic teams, optimising processes, solving problems, and ensuring quality service, all while meeting goals and deadlines. With opportunities for continuous improvement and risk management, you'll be a key player in building stronger stakeholder relationships and delivering customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and manage the full delivery of telecommunications services and projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.- Create and execute detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and track progress to guarantee successful project outcomes.- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving delivery challenges, ensuring clear and prompt communication.- Lead initiatives focused on process improvements, automation, and innovation to boost service delivery and operational efficiency.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to spot improvement opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.- Provide regular status updates, comprehensive reports, and key performance metrics to senior management.
About you:
- Previous experience in a Business Analysis and/or Product Owner role.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, vendors and senior management.- A deep understanding of customer satisfaction, with a proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs.- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, network operations and service delivery models.
