ALG is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Junior **Quality Advisor** to join our aviation client at Tullamarine Airport.

This is a 6-month causal contract offering full time hours with the potential for extension and permanency should you excel in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and standards
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide training and support to staff on quality-related matters
- Participate in the development and review of policies and procedures to ensure that they meet quality requirements
- Support the preparation and management of audits conducted by external auditors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering, aviation management)
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Understanding of aviation regulations and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
