Marketing Executive

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our organization's marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Compile and distribute quarterly newsletters to external audiences
  • Coordinate with external providers for company blogs
  • Create and implement annual marketing plans and budgets
  • Support the improvement and production of all marketing collateral
  • Develop ideas for growing market penetration and awareness

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing within the property industry (Real Estate / Strata ideally)
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Salesforce, and Mailchimp
