**Job brief**
We are looking for a reliable Office all-rounder
- administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, as well as rostering and compliance tasks ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s office and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance within company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Daily updates of rostering, compliance, staffing and client onboarding to the Director
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Qualifications in office administration or a relevant field are preferred.
- Lookout
- Rostering program experience would be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567 (required)
