Supportify Care Services is looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. As a support worker, you will provide person-centred care and assistance to participants living with a disability under the NDIS, helping them live more independently and achieve their personal goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily living support, including personal care, domestic assistance, and community access
- Support participants with recreational activities, appointments, or social outings
- Implement and follow individualised support plans
- Monitor and document participant progress
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all participants
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in disability support or community care preferred
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Flexibility with shift availability, including evenings and weekends
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent) are desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $35.50 - $44.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Support work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
