FSC Range is currently seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator with a background in infrastructure design projects to join our growing team in Melbourne.

**About FSC Range**

FSC Range provides engineering consulting services across the full project lifecycle. We specialise in the transport, tourism, recreation, international development, energy, and community infrastructure sectors.

Founded in Melbourne, we assist clients to deliver civil, water, structural, coastal, ports and maritime, utilities and temporary works projects. We also provide asset advisory and project delivery services.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to run bids from start to finish. You will be the central authority on how to put a great bid together and lead the engineers in sales.

Your daily tasks will vary and may include:

- Keep our sales material current
- Drive consistency and excellence in sales documentation.
- Lead proposals from start to finish.
- Create and maintain an efficient bid delivery system.
- Manage the pipeline of bids in the team.
- Centralise feedback
- Track wins and losses
- Coordinator external sub consultants
- In general, administer the process here for every bid

**About You**

You will be a motivated and initiative-taking individual with the right combination of energy, a commitment to learning and ambition to design your own career path.

You will also have:

- Previous experience in bid coordination
- Ideally experience in an engineering consultancy
- Strong people skills to liaise positively with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of innovative client solutions
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
