**Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor and support the accounting team, fostering both individual and team growth
- Create, maintain and develop strong client relationships with a client list of $1m+
- Identify client business performance issues and offer value-added services
- Drive innovation and growth within the company

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 10+ years of Australian Tax public practice experience CA, IPA or CPA qualification
- Strong technical proficiency in tax and consulting/modelling engagements including budgeting, cash flow forecasting & valuations
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong Xero skills
- Exhibit strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian accounting and tax rules, including experience with corporate, partnership, trusts and high-net-worth individual taxation matters.
- Knowledge of SMSF would be an advantage.
- Superior time management skills, respect of deadlines and attention to detail.
- The ability to lead, coach and mentor accountants from graduate through to senior levels.
- The passion to form meaningful relationships within the work environment.
