Job Title: Trainer and Assessor for Certificate III and IV in Fitness

**Job Type**: Casual / Sub-Contractor
Job Summary:
We are a start-up Registered Training Organisation (RTO) seeking experienced Trainer and Assessors for Certificate III and IV in Fitness to join our team. The role involves training and assessing students in the completion of their qualifications in fitness. We are looking for 6 trainers and assessors who can start work within the next 6-9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and assessment for Certificate III and IV in Fitness to students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
- Develop and maintain training and assessment materials that meet the needs of students and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and performance, and support them in achieving their learning goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
- Work collaboratively with other trainers and assessors, as well as with administrative and support staff, to ensure the smooth delivery of training and assessment services.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the fitness industry, education, and assessment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training and assessment programs.
**Requirements**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (SIS30315 and SIS40215) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training and assessment for Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to quality, student-centred education.
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual
**Salary**: $29.28 - $66.99 per hour
