Site Trainer

Our client, Baiada is an iconic Australian business that is renowned for its premium chicken & poultry products. The role of Site Trainer will work in their on-site factory at their Mount Kuring-Gai cooked facility.

**About the role**
You will work with the Site Manager and will be responsible for the training and assessing of employees across the site and maintaining up to date and accurate records of all training as per Baiada National Standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate, deliver and evaluate local training for all employees, agency, and contractors as per Baiada National Training Standard.
- Provide support to Trainer Assessors and ensure currency in site training requirements on an as needed basis.
- Conduct pre-start information/induction session for new employees
- Liaise with external training companies and coordinate training programs as requested by
- Management

**About you**
We are looking for someone who is adaptable to changing situations, shows a dedication to effectively training and coaching employees, and has a positive proactive attitude.

**You will have**:

- Certificate IV Training and Assessing
- Legally entitled to work in Australia /Australian Citizen or permanent resident status
- Intermediate computer skills and sound knowledge of MS Office Programs and organisational database systems
- Current state drivers' licence
- Excellent people skills, mathematical and communication skills, both written and oral
