**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a self-starter, a qualified and motivated individual with experience in delivering the Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) - CHC33021 to a diverse range of learners including new entrants and existing workers - full qualifications including traineeships as well as part qualifications (skill sets). If you have the passion for the care and vocational education industry and have the desire to share your knowledge and skills with others and make a difference, we would love to have you on our team.

**The role will include, but not be limited to**:

- **Training Delivery -** Training & Assessing of students in variety of delivery methods, online, classroom or out on site with a student/trainee.
- **On-Site Assessment -** Conduct regularly scheduled on-site visits to provide face-to-face assessment and training support and safeguard a positive learning and working environment.
- **Caseload Management -** Manage a caseload of funded students, tailoring training to suit learner needs to achieve progression and completion targets.
- **Maintaining quality -** Ensure all compliance obligations are met, and delivery and assessment standard remain high.
- **Mentoring -** provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from diverse backgrounds throughout their vocational journey.

**Desirable qualifications and skills for this role**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) or a

Diploma or a higher-level adult education qualification.
- CHC33021 Certificate III (Ageing and/or Disability) or higher-level qualification in Individual Support (or be able to map your experience to the qualification).
- Have recent and relevant industry experience or have maintained industry currency in the relevant sector (e.g. Aged Care and/or Disability Care).
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry currency and the VET sector to inform training and assessment practices.
- Proven ability to effectively teach, mentor and assess individuals in a vocational education and training (VET) environment.
- Strong knowledge of current industry practices, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organisations skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Current drivers’ licence and be willing to travel to clients/students work sites.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current National Police Check or be willing to obtain.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
