**About the Opportunity**

As an **After Sales Technician** at Custom Denning, you’ll be the trusted expert delivering outstanding service to our Queensland customers. From installing and maintaining to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, body, and electrical systems, you’ll be integral to ensuring the reliability and performance of our vehicles. Every day brings a new challenge, from solving complex breakdowns to providing fast and effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of equipment and systems.
- Respond swiftly to breakdowns and customer service needs.
- Build strong relationships with Drivers, Depot Team Leaders, and Business Managers, ensuring professional communication at every touchpoint.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, body, and electrical systems.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, appearance, and workmanship.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver service excellence.
- Document and report all work, findings, and solutions with precision.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**

**Essential**
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Expertise in fault-finding, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, body, and electrical systems.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A Trade Qualification or at least five years of experience in a similar role.

**Desirable**
- Certification in High Voltage system disconnection/reconnection for Custom Denning vehicles.
- Experience with trucks or buses.
