- We are seeking a Resident Supervisor to join the girls' boarding house
- Provide pastoral care and support to students in a residential space

**About the Role**

We are seeking Resident Supervisors to join the Girls Boarding team and support the welfare, personal development and pastoral care of boarders. You will be a key member of the boarding community from Years 7-12, helping to support students and parents through the school terms. This position involves shift work, including weekends and could include overnights on a roster system.

**About You**

You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

- A valid Driver’s License
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Self-motivation, flexibility, initiative and resourcefulness
- Well-developed communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to establish good working relations with parents, staff and the School community.
- Previous boarding supervision experience (highly desirable)

All team members at CGS are required to have:

- Appropriate qualifications
- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
