E-commerce Coordinator

As a E-commerce Coordinator, your tasks will include:

- Provide weekly trade reports on IKKARI performance across key metrics including revenue, conversion rate, return, category performance, page views, CX site behaviour trends and recommending opportunities for optimisation and contribute to strategy discussions to enhance, leverage or retire.
- Manage all campaign and content flips as per the Marketing Calendar. Liaise with the Digital Designer and Content team to ensure assets are optimised for your requirements.
- Support the content team by owning the eCommerce shoot and shoot-list, ensuring all assets are optimised and updated accordingly (whilst maintaining costs to budget)
- Manage the upload of products and product details to effectively meet launch dates and timelines that ensure product is online, selling to the critical path and is optimised for selling.
- Uploading all IKKARI product to the site via AP21, in full and in time of launches and maintain all store pages
- Perform regular site merchandising and enrichment of product information. Partner with the product development and education team to continuously improve.
- Execute all promotions and offers to meet omnichannel trade strategy objectives and deadlines
- Collaborate with the IKKARI Digital Marketing Executive and Social Media Manager (your peers) to ensure traffic drivers to your site are optimised.
- Act as a key liaison to the 3PL warehouse on any e-commerce related requirements
- Actively manage returns data and customer feedback in collaboration with the Customer Service team, identifying ways to improve Customer Experience and reduce the number of feedback tickets and/or returns.
- Proactively raise opportunities and ideas that position IKKARI as market leaders, and continuously assess the landscape for best practise initiatives that need to be replicated.
- Ensure all apps, plug-ins and integrations from the company and key vendor’s systems are working effectively and to their best potential at all times
- Maintain all expense management tasks for the website including coding invoices and maintaining budget lines as per the phasing.

**You will bring**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- A performance lens to everyday working creating opportunities for site traffic and conversion
- A drive for meeting metrics and KPI’s
- Experience with Shopify Plus is critical
- A proven track record of ‘trading’ a website; understanding what is required to drive sales and manage the operations to reach this goal
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn/expand their knowledge and skills particularly in the retail/e-commerce and digital space
- Strong attention to detail, organising skills, scheduling and work-flow planning.
- Effective time management skills and experience working within timelines provided.
- Strong communication skills that will be able to influence all team members and stakeholders no matter what position they hold
- Problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions when they may arise
- A strategic mindset and innovative that continuously identifies opportunities that align with our IKKARI goals and values
