Casoni is a lively contemporary Italian restaurant & wine bar, boasting a menu of the freshest ingredients, weekly specials, and dishes that continue to surprise.

Backed by a passionate owner, we'll also be hosting wine dinners and tasting events, providing Sydney with a venue like no other, where our customers can sit and enjoy glasses of wines from around the world unparalleled in quality, and wines served from Coravin they simply could not get by the glass elsewhere.

We are looking for someone with several years front of house experience to join as Assistant Manager. Wine knowledge will be highly regarded.
