**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This high profile, boutique commercial law firm (placed in the vibrant Brisbane Golden Triangle) is currently seeking either an experienced Wills and Estates Paralegal or Lawyer to join their energetic team.

This role is offering a perfectly-timed opportunity for someone to potentially inherit an established portfolio of wills and estate matters (that have now reached maturity after many decades of care) under the direction of an experienced Private Advisory & Estates practitioner.

Working under one of Brisbane's leading experts, you will assist in providing advice for Family Business, Asset Protection, Succession, Trusts, Professional Adviser Support Services, Property and Estate Transactions. Day to day responsibilities will include some of the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide (or assist under supervision) expert legal advice and guidance to clients on matters relating to wills, estates, and succession planning.
- Prepare meticulously crafted legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other essential estate planning instruments.
- Assist in representing clients in estate litigation and dispute resolution,
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalised attention.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled legal professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, and support staff, in a client-focused environment.

**Requirements**:

- You will be either a seasoned wills & estates paralegal looking to provide unparalleled support to a legal heavyweight, or an admitted lawyer (at least 2-3 years PAE) with a specialised focus and genuine interest in this area of the law
- Commercially minded and able to spot problems as well as opportunities for clients and your colleagues.
- Have a logical and calm approach to your day and be prepared to continue in the long term development of career
