The Specialised Industries Team thrive on supporting and driving the success of some of our leading schools and not for profit clients.

Our team is made up of Relationship Executives, Analysts & Account Managers in Adelaide and provide full Business & Commercial Banking solutions. The segment focuses on Schools and Not for Profits that turnover greater than $30m delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including project funding, transaction banking, risk management, deposit needs and more. They have a commitment to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships and ongoing business growth.

**Do**Work**That**Matters**

Ideally you are an experienced Banker or industry expert ready to make your next move. You will manage an existing book of established clients with a focus on servicing their needs and new client acquisition.

You will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of Schools and Not for Profit business clients with complex banking needs. Your role will be to understand these needs and goals and support them in realising new opportunities.

Your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, for business growth will see them succeed, with their success will become your own.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
- Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
- Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of banking solutions;
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
- Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

**We**want**to**hear**from**you**if**you**have**
- Experience in successfully building and leading a Business Banking portfolio;
- Experience in the Schools and Not for Profit sector
- A deep understanding of banking products and services
- Sound financial analysis and credit skills, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers
- A real passion for customer service and driving new business
