**Position: Appointment Setter (Casual)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls to prospective clients, offering them the opportunity to schedule a free hearing test with Hearing First.**:

- **Accurately record and update client information and appointment details**:

- **Provide exceptional customer service, answering any enquiries and addressing concerns with utmost professionalism.**:

- **Work closely with the owner to ensure appointment scheduling and a positive client experience.**

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.**:

- **Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of accurately recording and updating client information.**:

- **Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred although not required.**:

- **Offer a full induction program**
