**The position is a maternity cover 6 months**, however potential to continue as we are continuing to expand. Position is based at our Munno Para West Location. The practice is currently a busy 5 chair practice offering all areas of dentistry.

Our Practice Manager is due to soon have her baby hence we are seeking a proactive, experienced and driven Team Leader to take over the role and continue leading success of our dental team. We’re looking for a career-minded individual who wants to grow with us and make meaningful difference to the health and lives of our patients and our team.

**Duties**
- Manage Revenue, budget and goal of the clinic
- Supervise and manage the team along with day to day operations
- Administrative tasks
- Roster planning, recruitment and retention
- Conserve the doctors time and ensure the diary is time efficient
- Serve as a liaison between the Doctors and key staff members
- Working closely with our management team who are based at other locations
- Account reconciliation
- Roster updates and sick leave
- Performance management and training
- Conflict Resolution
- Willing to travel between locations (Must have drivers licence and own car)
- management meetings monthly

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in office management/Dental practice management
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Approachable, positive and gets the best out of the team
- Good people orientated skills needed to handle a team of dentists, receptionists and assistants
- Strong Team Player, with a never say no attitude and willingness to lead by example
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Being a fast paced and extremely busy practice, time management and organisation skills are of critical importance.
- A strong interest in marketing and promotions would be advantageous as you will be responsible to oversea a large number of social media enquiries
- Must be coachable and willing to try everything
- Experience with D4W- highly regarded
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
