**About the role**

**Graduate Analyst - Supply Chain Solutions**
Sydney | Hybrid | Fast-Growth Tech Logistics Scaleup | Sydney or Melbourne location

Are you a recent graduate with a degree in **Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field**? Do you have strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems with data? We’re looking for a **Graduate Analyst** to join our Supply Chain Solutions team and help shape how we reduce complexity, improve processes, and drive commercial outcomes.

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll do**
- Manage and optimise the Issues & Claims (I&C) process to ensure speed, accuracy, and commercial impact.
- Build and refine Excel/Google Sheets models and dashboards to track trends, identify revenue leakage, and support decision-making.
- Spot inefficiencies and work on process improvements and automation to reduce manual workarounds.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Commercial to drive data-backed improvements across the business

**What we’re looking for**
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
- Work experience as an analyst or intern to solve business problems( highly regarded)
- Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in Excel/Google Sheets (bonus if you’ve used SQL or BI tools).
- A growth mindset, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to connect data with commercial outcomes and simplify complex problems.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally.
