**About Them**
This growing NFP, multi-site human services business has an outstanding opportunity to partner with the Regional and Area Managers and the HR team to provide the range of people consulting services to the business.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Manager and partnering with the Regional and Area Managers, you will be responsible for delivering the full gamut of HR consulting services in order to build, develop and implement a higher performing and engaged workforce. This role has a strong ER focus as well as being involved in HR projects.
- Partner with leaders in the identification and implementation of effective people management and workforce development plans
- Coach leaders in strategies and processes for effective people management
- Provide specialist advice in the management and resolution of employee grievances and disputes

**About You**

Note: You will require a current drivers license to travel between sites
