**About the Role**:
The Recruitment Team Leader is responsible for coaching and mentoring agency recruiters within the division to ensure they are equipped with the right tools/skills to make sound recruitment decisions. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum levels and ensuring adequate resourcing of the team to meet budget objectives and client requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, develop and lead a team of high performing Recruitment Consultants
- Guide team members through day-to-day workload, driving delivery and problem solving
- Ensure effective communication of team goals, expectations and identifying areas for development
- Respond to escalation points and client requests as appropriate, in a timely manner
- Maximise employee engagement within the division
- Identify, develop and implement recruitment related improvement initiatives
- Multi-tasking between team management and day to day recruitment

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in senior recruitment or leadership role
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Ability to effectively lead and manage teams of diverse employees
- Previous experience working with JobAdder or a similar recruitment system
- Understanding of awards, agreements and recruitment best practice
- Highly organised and pro-active, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Valid Australian drivers’ licence
