Harness Energy Services is expanding operations nationally with multiple new offices and locations to be opened. As we enter this growth phase, we have several opportunities for experienced recruiters to join our successful team.-
- Reporting to the Labour Hire Manager, you will not be limited to the following:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Conducting interviews
- Conducting Reference checks
- Proactive recruitment

**Skills and Experience**
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Recruitment experience
- Proven success in a recruitment role with good longevity
- Client management experience
- Understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and Industrial Relations
- Innate ability to build long-standing relationships in a competitive employment environment.
