**The Role**

Working within the IT Support Services team, your role is to provide direct operational support to our WMS and related systems connected to it. The Logistics Customer Support team and the warehouse operators of HighJump/Korber, are your primary support clientele. They are based in Derrimut VIC and Parkinson QLD. The role will also include work on business projects that have relationships with logistic systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Additionally, working with our Purchasing, Buying and Warranty Depts where operations are associated with the WMS.
- Vendor / Contract maintenance and management, by assisting with business cases, establishing contracts, collaborating between system owners and monitoring performance.
- Maintaining the WMS core & peripheral systems, in partnership with our Infrastructure Dept and 3PL vendors.
- Contribute to authoring technical documentation for technical related projects.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in data flow and mapping between systems
- Proven experience testing software
- Self-motivated, highly organised & effective problem solving skills
- Strong report writing skills and experience
- Relevant IT qualifications

We need an ‘all-rounder’ capable of multi-tasking and setting priorities with their assigned task. To perform, you will need to use a broad set of IT experience and skill set. You will also be very flexible and adaptable, willing and able to work on a diverse range of tasks. You will have strong “trouble shooting” skills, and while you are able to work with mínimal supervision, you enjoy being part of a close team.
