Your leadership and strategic vision will shape the operations of our warehouse, ensuring the swift and seamless delivery of our products to our stores, and ultimately, to our valued customers. **What does the role look like?**
- Leading, mentoring, and empowering diverse Warehouse teams, steering their recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling.
- Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods.
- Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nurtures excellence.

- Demonstrated experience leading large teams, ideally in a warehouse setting.

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of $152, 400 - $202, 000 including Superannuation.
