**About the Role**

Are you a team player with a forklift licence and a passion for warehouse operations? We're looking for a **Warehouse Operator** to join our friendly and collaborative logistics team based in **Derrimut, VIC**.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch
- Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer
- Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently
- Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules
- Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch
- Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment

**What You'll Bring to succeed**
- **Forklift Licence (Counterbalance)** - Essential
- Previous experience in warehouse operations (ideally in building products or logistics)
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard
- Basic computer skills - foundational level preferred (in preparation for future WMS implementation)
- Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset
- Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy
- White Card (or willing to obtain)
