The PCA Advisor Learning Insights enables the learning strategy by delivering enhancements that will enable self-service reporting for insights. You will provide thought leadership on management information, reporting, metrics and quality standards.

**What you’ll do**

Reporting to the PC&A Manager - Learning Platform Engagement, your key responsibilities include:

- The design and delivery on Learning Maturity Program OLS Ready Reporting and dashboards including, Learning Completion Report that ensures visibility of learning completions to meet Suncorp’s regulatory requirements, Pathway Learning Course Catalogue, Allocations Management Report, Facilitation Delivery Report, Governance Dashboard, Course Rating/Popularity Report
- Utilise Our Learning Space (OLS) to develop new reports and dashboards
- Project Management activities to design, deliver and implement ready reporting
- Support the engagement with Strategic OLS Provider to drive development of reporting within the OLS platform
- Synthesise learning data from a range of repositories, systems and relevant sources
- Design the learning reporting framework
- Design and deliver prioritised learning reporting requirements with a view to deliver accurate prescriptive and predictive analytics
- Influence our partners (Design, Technology, Process) in terms of reporting and analytics support.
- Provide thought leadership on management information, reporting, metrics and data quality standards.
- Design and deploy self-service reporting to meet the requirements of key stakeholders in Suncorp.
- Develop and implement a learning quality audit process across the Department.
- Support on cyclical enterprise reporting requirements.

**What you’ll bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and strong Stakeholder management skills (inclusive of key Partner/ Providers). You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Education, Organisational development or HR - Desired
- Proven experience and knowledge of reporting and data analysis (2+ years)
- Previous Learning experience - Desired
- Previous workforce planning experience - Desired
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Effective planning and coordinating with the ability to manage timeframes to achieve deliverables.
- Strong customer service and relationship management focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with ethical
