ER Advisor required for a 12month contract with a public sector agency based in Western Sydney.

**Your new company**
12 month contract supporting a public sector organisation based in Western Sydney. You will be paid and attractive daily rate of $550-$600 p/d + super.

**Your new role**
The ER Advisor is responsible for providing accurate and strategic specialist Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advice, expertise and support to the business and People & Culture, in a timely, consistent, and commercially sensitive manner. Assist in the case management of employee matters to ensure compliance with applicable industrial instruments, policies, procedures and statutory provisions to support the resolution of issues.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- P&C generalist experience supporting a mix of customer groups with white and blue collar roles;
- Development and delivery of client-focussed advice and solutions;
- IR/ER case management
- Proven ability to manage customers with professionalism and integrity;
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills, coupled with the ability to meet competing deadlines;
- Confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
